Our staff are on duty 24 hours a day to provide aid and assist with care and daily living. Our care assistants are your personal carers, friends and companions.
Your needs are constantly met and reviewed following an individual plan of care. Your care plan is an essential part of our care provision and every resident is respected and treated as an individual. As such we promote privacy, dignity and choice as part of care planning ensuring that you receive total care, not just physical care.

Medical care is provided by one’s own General Practitioner and advice is available for those needing to enrol at a local practice. Assistance with residents’ own medication is also available if required. If at all possible we try to treat minor illnesses within the home, avoiding hospital admission. We have the support and help from the local district nurses with hospital visits being catered for through the use of the home's transport.

We have a Chiropodist, who visits every 6 weeks, a Hairdresser who visits every Wednesday and Friday. The Optician and Dentist are visitors annually and in event of emergencies. Physiotherapists and other practitioners are used when required. We can offer respite care and holiday stay, all are bookable in advance with emergency admissions also available.
