I have owned and operated Rotherbank since August 1999 having previously managed it for the prior owners. We aim to provide a homely environment affording security, independance and supportive care.

Promotion of individuality, dignity and self respect within peaceful comfortable surroundings, is a promise made and assured through the high standards of care, monitored through Rotherbank's Quality Assurance Programme. Visitors, friends and family are welcome at all times without prior appointment.

All staff are trained to NVQ level 2 and 3. James Casselden, Anita Barnes and I are qualified in the Management Level 4 award.

Staff turnover is extremely low resulting in agency staff never having to be used. All staff are happy and settled which promotes an excellent friendly atmosphere for residents.
